Why you should work with me?

I'm an engineer turned career coach who supports other engineers in their career growth who loves tech, product and growing people

I spent practically my entire life studying and working in computer science. I started in grade 7 and never looked back. I have a lot of breadth from having been an academic researcher to a software engineer and a tech lead in Silicon Valley.

I've been exactly where you are now - either a junior engineer starting out or a senior engineer whose working towards becoming a tech lead. I know the tech industry inside out and you'll never have to explain any tech terminology. I'm also an immigrant and I'm very passionate about helping more immigrants make it to the top.

I mentored many engineers and helped them as a tech lead (and now coach) to receive promotions, become leaders and grow their confidence in themselves and their technical skills.

I'll work with you as a coach on your visibility, confidence and growth but I'll also use my industry knowledge to give suggestions about design docs, technical communication, scrum, estimation and anything I can help with.

Focus on taking consistent small steps.

Coaching is about progress over perfection
